Fostering Futures Grant Information
Thank you for your interest in learning more about a Fostering Futures (FF) of Wisconsin grant, made possible by the generous support from The Violet Society! Grants will be given to Wisconsin-based organizations which seek to implement Trauma-Informed Care within either new or expanded practices, policies, and programming.
In order to be considered for funding from Fostering Futures, the applying organization must participate in a brief interview, either by phone or in-person on a site visit. Additionally, Fostering Futures grant recipients must complete a Self-Assessment, as provided by FF, both before and after grant funding is used.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a grant, applicants must:
- Be a registered nonprofit organization serving Wisconsin.
- Focus on health, education, or community well-being.
- Demonstrate a clear need for funding and a plan for its impactful use.
- Seek to further implement Trauma-Informed Care through either new or expanded practices, policies, or programming.
Application Process

- Full Application: Selected organizations will be invited to submit a detailed application.
- Review Process: Our team reviews applications based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with our mission.
- Notification: Applicants will be notified of their application status.
- Maximum amount per grant request is $10,000.
Application Deadlines:
Applications for grants are accepted on a rolling basis, with deadlines announced annually.
Grant applications for the 2024-2025 grant cycle are due April 24, 2024.
